A couple months back I needed to drag and drop items from one iframe to another.
There was only one problem, everyone said it couldn’t be done??
I was up for the challenge and here it is, I`ve used the prototype and sriptaculous library as I was lazy and didn’t want to spend the time writing my own methods.
Well here it is just incase anyone needs it.
The code is very sloppy so I expect you to tidy it up!
When I get the chance I`ll clean it up but for now this proves that you can drag and drop ;).
Bugs
- if you drag and drop from same iframe you will get a duplicate box. And the other iframe will automatically delete a box.
Another design slips through the net.
I guess you win some, you loose some.
Here is a design I did for a client a couple months back.
I really liked it - unfortunately it wasn’t what they were after :’(
Back to the drawing board after a month of various concept designs, I found what they were after… .. a nice electric blue site: which totally contradicted there requirements within the spec. oh well at least its done
And it looks fabulous.
Sorry guys can`t upload the final design not until the coders have integrated the back end and launched the site.

About 3-4 years ago a friend of mine wrote a vampire, zombie book: “Apocacrypt” at least, I think thats what it was called. After a hard night of clubbing in the center of Amsterdam, drinking floogle and tequilas I managed to get this shot of him.. yes yes the picture on the right is the photo..
As a tribute to his newly finished book, I photoshoped him into a zombie to reflect his idea of a zombie.. However I’m sure the original photo would of been fine
lol.. He’s so going to kill me…
Easy fix: Ignore the text-decoration rule!
Just include a bottom border:
a {
font-size:20px;
border-bottom: 3px solid pink;
text-decoration:none;
color:red;
}
The first of many weeks is now over!
And its been a slow one, adapting and working from home.
Believe it or not, I haven’t had a spare moment with setting up the office, jotting down plans and preparing notes for new companies. Even trying to keep on top of a lot of the freelance work has been quite hard!!
Hopefully by tomorrow I would of finished the majority of the freelance stuff (at least its bringing in some cash
) and then can look into getting my other companies up and online..
